Motivation
The best time to run is when you don’t feel like it at all. Once you step out and start moving, you won’t stop. With the music pounding in your head, you will go with the flow, and find your momentum, your speed and pace and run like the wind.
A habit is developed by doing it consistently for 21 times. This would mean that you have roughly a month and a week of constant running to develop this habit. And you want to develop this habit. Please go do something about your life.

If you don’t run, you will grow fat. Period.
